The 2012 Sea Kayak Trip Planning party was held at Spiro's Pizza in West Seattle with a raging success!

Even though the streets were a little snowy and slick in spots with snow falling, 10 brave souls ventured out for pizza, beer, trip-talk, and chart gazing.

We currently have thirty-one (31) Sea Kayak trips on the calendar, with many more to be added later.

A couple of the currently scheduled trips are multiday expeditions to the Gulf Islands and another one way up there to Bella Bella B.C.!

Some of the WKC yearly classic trips are on the schedule once again - Ann Rieser's "Posey Island Pow Wow", Bill McKenzie's "Doe Bay", & Bill Porter's fall colored "Diablo Lake/Gorge Lake" trip.

There are also several training & practice sessions returning: Bill Porters "Splash & Thrash", Rob Freelove's "North End Practice", and Jay Reeves/Monica Lander's "Sunday Seaside Services".

Be sure to check the calendar often as new trips will be added 'on the fly'!
